How It Works:
Q. I want to use my certificate tonight, will I be able to?
A. As soon as you receive the certificate in the mail, you will be able to redeem it!
Q. How long will it take to get my certificate?
A. It should take no more than 3-5 days to receive your certificate in the mail. Orders are being fulfilled locally.
Q. I ordered my certificate a week ago and it has not arrived! What do I do?
A. Call Brewer Media Group at (423) 242-7670 to inquire.
Q. I received multiple email confirmations with multiple purchase numbers. What does that mean?
A. For each order, you will receive a confirmation email with a purchase number.
Q. My email confirmation shows shipping. Will I be charged shipping costs?
A. You will not be charged shipping for any order placed on BOGOnooga.
Q. How will I be notified of a winning bid on the Auction?
A. You will be notified of your winning bid by email and directed to the website for payment. Please note that payment is expected within 72 hours of the close of auction.
Q. How will I know if I have been outbid by someone on an Auction item?
A. You will receive email notification of any bids that exceed bids you have placed on items in the Auction.
